It's been an exciting and exhilarating time of Advent for our children and their leaders.  We need to specially thank all of our teachers Kyle and Nancy Hohmann (Holyword Video), Barbara Baker and Gail Novak (Word of the Lord), Ginger Hicks (Creation Station), and Jan Newkirk (SpiritNet) and our shepherds Mary Johnson and Beth Tefft.  We just could NOT do Bible Quest without the help of these wonderful and willing people!!!  We must, also, give a resounding hurrah for Jan Newkirk's wonderful Advent book given to each child to use during the Advent season.  It was written and designed by Jan.
   Children's Church has been stimulating as well with these great worship leaders:  Becky Meyer, Debbie Mueller, Tracy Anderson, Karen Foster, and Carol Ingram.  They were so ably assisted by our young people, teens, and older elementary children alike.
   Bless all of you for giving of yourselves to do the Children's Ministry of Central Christian Church!!!

   This Sunday will be a day of fun for kids at Central Christian Church.  At 9:00 a.m. grades 1-5 will have their Christmas party in the Multi-Purpose Room.  (Parents, remember to bring your treats.)  We'll have games, a story and lots of stuff to much on.  Then, at 3:45 p.m., all the children are to meet at the church to go caroling at the mall.  We'll load up and go caroling and meet back at the church at 5:30 p.m. to have refreshments.  (Parents, if you have a vehicle you don't mind driving, please plan to go with us.)  It will be a fun and happy Christmastime event for all of us!  See you then!
