Our open house was a phenomenal good time.  With all our friends and family joining us, it was obvious just how much we are loved by Central Christian Church.  What a caring, giving church you are.  God's spirit lives in you and we are the very blessed recipients of that love.  The lovely centerpiece for our table (red and white poinsettias in a red basket with an angel), the incredible 2-1/2 foot tall snowman (made in Texas), and the Dillard's gift certificate are signs of your great generosity.  With the gift certificate we are able to buy a most awesome nativity (A Fontanini by Romans).  We will treasure each of these things for many, many years to come, thinking of you every time we put them out in preparation for Christmas.  Over 120 signed the guest book….120 kind and loving people we will always cherish as our family.  A very special thank you goes to Tina Swanson and Dorotha Immel for providing the leadership in putting together refreshments, to Jana Davis and Becky Meyer for being such willing servants in our behalf, and to Rachel Meyer for the very sweet Holy Spirit picture she made for our open house…...Also, special thanks go to Burl and Maggie Bartlett, James and Janet Cox, and Bob and Joyce Greenhaw for so lovingly choosing the centerpiece and snowman and arranging for the gift certificate…..and, of course, a resounding thank you to all those "unknown loved ones" who contributed cookies and their hard-earned money to make our open house one for our memory book!  We love you thiiiiiiiiiis much and feel honored to be in your family.  Blessed be!
