So stop by the booth in the loggia and sign up or use the order form in the main part of the Visitor. They are $6.50 and will be here in a couple of weeks. Parents, some of you haven't signed up yet to purchase an ornament so sign up when you can. All profits will benefit the kids. ADOPTING A FRIEND Well, kids, we voted on Sunday to "adopt" a friend in another country through our church offices in Indianapolis, IN. It will cost us $30.00 a month but ALL OF THE MONEY will go directly to the child to help with school supplies, food, clothing, medical care and other things. So be sure to bring your offering every Sunday to Sunday School. In a few weeks, when we get our first $30.00, I'll send the money off and, maybe by Christmas, we'll have a picture of our new friend. Parents, you'll need to help the kids by reminding them to bring their offering. TURN IN YOUR HOMEWORK!! If you haven't turned in your homework (1^st - 5^th graders), be sure to bring it to Sunday School with you on Sunday. We're going to do something fun with it, so be sure to bring it. Parents, be sure your child gets back with their "people who made a difference in my life" homework page. You won't want your child to be left out.

We've had lots of kids learn our memory verse so far. I'm really proud of all of you. For those of you who haven't learned it yet, here it is: "And many people from that city believed in him because of the woman's testimony." John 4:39

Cast Named for
The Best Christmas Pageant, Ever

The cast for Central's production of the beloved Christmas classic, The Best Christmas Pageant, Ever by Barbara Robinson has been named and is in rehearsal. Leading the cast as the Bradley family are Pierce Jones and Vickie Elliott as parents Bob and Grace Bradley and Macy Hula and Zach Jones as their children Beth and Charlie. The play focuses on a church Christmas pageant led, for the first time, by Mrs. Bradley, after an accident places Mrs. Armstrong, the usual director (portrayed by Laurie Bushman) in the hospital.
Things go well until the arrival of the wild Herdman children. Jance Davis, Olivia Elliott, Mark Johnson, Alec Elliott, Michael Johnson, and Katherine Jones bring this group of siblings and all their crazy antics to life.
Other adult cast members include Tammy Ingram, Becky Meyer, Jana Davis and Jane Johnson as Mrs. Armstrong's ever-loyal group of "church ladies" and Thom Bushman as Rev. Hopkins. Rounding out the cast are Ivy Dyson, Kinsey Bloom, Rachel Meyer, Katie Bushman, Jameson Davis, Dylan Lipps, Elliott Holden, Matthew Johnson, Austin Hula, Aria Justice, Connor Angleton, and Brenna Bushman. The Children's Choir of Central will appear as baby angels, shepherds, and choir members.
The play is directed by Janet Jones and Pat Lentz through arrangement with Samuel French. Production dates are scheduled for Fri., Dec. 5 and Sat., Dec. 6 at 7:00 pm, and Sun., Dec. 7 at 2:00 pm in the Sanctuary.
