The Disciple Women will meet Wednesday, October 16, at 10:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall to assemble Health Kits.  A light lunch will be served.
   Health Kits consist of one small hand towel, one washcloth, one comb, metal nail file, one bar soap (bath size), one toothbrush, one tube of toothpaste (4-7 oz.) and six band aids.  These items for Health Kits may be left in the church office prior to the work day or a cash donation of $12.00 can be left to purchase items for a Health Kit.
   Clean hands, good grooming, bright and shiny smiles--you can share them when you share Health Kits with youngsters and their families during times of disaster.

   Every two years Disciples from all over Oklahoma gather for the Regional Assembly.  This year it's October 24, 25, 26, and 27 at the Marriott in Oklahoma City.  "Disciples are Making a Difference" preaching by Dr. Cynthia Hale, and Regional Pastor Rev. Thomas R. Jewell.  Excellent speaking by Dr. Bill Edwards and a media presentation by Dr. Brandon Scott.  Be a part of Prayer Fest and an afternoon of workshops on worship styles.  Saturday night is SONICFLOOD, a contemporary rock concert at First Christian church, Edmond.  Come enjoy the fellowship and fun of being with your fellow Disciples.  Register today!  Registration forms are available in the church office.
