The Intra City Fellowship Guild will be meeting here at Central Monday, October 7, at 6:30 p.m.  All women of Central are encouraged to attend.
   The meeting will begin with dinner at 6:30 p.m. followed by a program presented by Vida Chenoweth.  Call the church office for reservations.  Tickets can be purchased at the door for $5.

   Leonardo's is celebrating Adventure Quest's 6th Birthday. Your whole family is invited to attend for just $2.00 per person.

   One of the most caring jobs at Central Christian Church is working in the nursery. We need someone to care for infants and toddlers. The hours would include Sunday mornings, Wednesday evenings and some special events. Applicants must be at least 18 yrs. old and have some experience working with children. This is a staff paid position.  For more information contact the church office at 233-1214.

   I would like to thank everyone for the cards, calls, prayers, and visits while I was in the hospital.  It is so wonderful to have such a loving church family.  Your continued prayers will be welcome as I now go through several weeks of chemotherapy.
