As Coordinator of Miracle Day for the CACS Department, I would like to thank all of those who donated $895 for the materials used to spruce up the camp at Guthrie.  Also I would like to thank those who took a day out of their busy schedule and went down and worked hard for 7 hours:  Bruce Huey, Austin, Melissa, & Macy Hula, Paul Wagner, Cheryl Swanson, Robert Parks, Matthew Johnson, Tom Ireland, Steve Bloom, Charlie & Ann Ogle, Bob Greenhaw, Paul & Murel Denny, Max & Mary Johnson, John McLemore, Josh & Carman Bell, Brian & James Phillips, Amanda Spears, Patrick Little, Kasi Willeford, Travis Nichols, and Laura Evans.
   Between 500 and 600 Disciples were registered and completed or almost completed 80 different projects just at Central Christian Camp at Guthrie.
   NBA representatives were there and Tom Jewell announced at the ending worship service that this was the 31st Miracle Day in the nation and was the largest with over 1,000 disciples turning out at the three camps to work..
   They challenged us to go back to our churches and challenge our churches to look for something in our communities that we all could do to improve the quality of life for people needing a helping hand.
   It was a tiring but very rewarding day, if you think of a project let the CACS department know about it.

   The monthly Centours Meeting will be held Sunday, September 15, immediately following the 10:15 worship service.  The meal will include meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, green bean casserole, salad, and dessert.  Everyone 55+ is welcome to attend.
